    Hi All,

I ran into some issues when I didn’t do my due diligence before I launched Housable and ran into another company called Hausable in the same verticle. SMH. Has this happened to anyone else? I’m feeling pretty idiotic!

Hoping to solicit some feedback here…

We’re an online company that educates homeowners on how to maximize their property values by building a granny flat (aka in-law suite or accessory dwelling unit) on their properties. (NAME) helps homeowners navigate a very cumbersome, expensive but extremely rewarding process through online tools, courses, and free articles.

    The website is live: https://myhousable.com/

Customers: 50-65 years of age, have owned their home for 5+ years, have significant equity in their home, access to $100,000+ in financing, live in a good neighborhood with an expensive rental market, (CA, OR, and Austin, TX) upper middle class, West Coast.

Spirit/Emotion: Authoritative, encouraging, Inspirational. (Personal coach)

Key words: There are a lot of synonyms for a granny flat, some of which are, in-law suite, mother in law quarter, accessory dwelling unit, secondary unit, companion unit. Other words I like: casita, casa, dwell, dwelling, home.

    I like Dovetail (above)

I also like Casita, but would recommend research on that- think it’s claimed already.
