The general idea: women have many hair care problems (volume, frizz, damage, color protection, etc), but they are forced to choose a shampoo or conditioner focused on just 1 of these (e.g., just “volume”).  So customization can help meet this challenge, and give her better hair results.

In terms of names, one thought I’ve had was that the current hair care brands are stereotyping women into single unmet needs (rather than the multiple needs they usually have).  A woman wanting “volume” might also have several other unmet needs (frizz, damage repair)… another woman wanting “volume” might have totally different other needs (color protection, heat protection).

Unfortunately, there are no words as antonyms for “stereotype”.  One option is to create one (unstereotype, destereotype), while another might be to go with some sort of name talking about someone who likes to go against the conventions (rebel, maverick, outside the box, freethinker, etc.).

Would love any good ideas out there!  (Or if anyone likes or hates “destereotype” as a name option, that would be interesting too…  it’s my current placeholder…)
