This will challenge you! I’ve been stumped for weeks! Need a name for a business that will integrate everything a hospitality/retail business needs. That is, Point of Sale, Stock Management, Accounting, Merchant Facility etc. It’s intelligent and powerful, yet seamlessly allows the user to access everything through one portal.
Here’s the challenge. It must be an available on .com and have only 6 letters!

You have, unfortunately, defined an empty or nearly empty set. Meaning, there won’t be any real words with meaning available as a 6-letter exact match .com domain name, and few of any kind that aren’t complete alpha-numeric mashup abstractions. You should remove the 6-letter constraint or the exact-match .com requirement, preferably both. Nobody cares if you have an exact-match .com domain any more, and not having one will not hurt you one bit. Even as high-profile a brand as Tesla doesn’t own tesla.com, but instead is at teslamotors.com.
But if you insist you can give it a try, as can anyone else. Go ahead and fire up the Domain Checker (button in right sidebar, below), and start checking 6-letter .com domains. Here, I’ll even get the ball rolling with the terrible name of…drumroll…
Bizcnx (for “biz connex”)
I only had to try 10 or so better alternates before I found one that is available to register. See what I mean? This is not how anybody should name a business.

If you really want to have an available dot com with 6 char then you would have to look for Brandables ( made-up or invented ) for your business. Some names like zonow , nokuu etc which are available with dot com at the moment.
You would have to develop these names to establish your brand. Brandables are getting popular and being accepted across industries nowadays.

Thanks guys. Appreciate your help. With much discussion and convincing, my partner has agreed to drop his 6 letter requirement! Woohoo!!!
Ideally .com being available would be great but agree that it is not the defining factor as an awesome name would be best!
Can anyone please help with names that will suit our system? Basically with think our Point of Sales system will the the ultimate. Basically integrating every feature that a business needs. Thanks all!!! Really appreciate your help!

Thanks so much for your tips Snark and names so far.
We believe that our product will revolutionise the Point os Sales system world, similar to what Xero did in the accounting space.
It is a premium product offering online ordering, self service check out, rostering, stock management, merchant facility, and a powerful point of sales all in one system. Traditionally there would be about 3-3 different providers when a business needs all of these. Our product is premium but our pricing will be even more competitive too.
When I was brain storming, I was thinking of words along the lines of flowing, intelligence, back bone, heart, assist. Thought of names like Abacus or Cortex but similar words to these have been used. Thanks again for your help!!

Hi Stark, hope you have been well. I’ve been racking my brains but haven’t had anything come up. I really like the idea of Tunnel Light as there is good imagery and emotional attachment but it doesn’t sounds like good tongue rolling name. Any suggestion anyone? Thanks!
