      <span style=”line-height: 1.5;”>My wife is helping a fellow chef and friend launch a food truck. They are both trained in finer dining establishments and plan to sell “chef-inspired street foods.” They will have a revolving menu and use as many fresh, local foods as possible. Their first gig will be working a local bourbon festival. The menu for this event will consist of Asian tacos, crab cake crostini, pork belly blt sliders, spinach and mushroom crepes with a bourbon creme sauce, and rice crispy treats with a bourbon chocolate ganache for dessert.

      <span style=”line-height: 1.5;”>Her friend is not very creative when it comes to naming and for lack of a better idea wants to call the truck “Mark’s Food Truck.”  We need help coming up with something a little more memorable, though he would prefer for it to incorporate his name. We want it to convey fun, fresh, creative food.</span>

      <span style=”line-height: 1.5;”>Open to creative tag lines as well! Thanks for any help you can provide.
