Here are some things about my restaurant that might help spark some ideas: The location was once a bank Contemporary cuisine Casual dinning atmosphere Locally sourced ingredients, but not necessarily organic Midscale It’s possible that I might go with a banking theme, although I don’t have my heart set on it.
