hey all, searching for name for microbrewery in small town in west central IL. wanting to expand into brew pub. in knox county, lots of trains in town, blue collar, with small liberal arts college. will hopefully have a punk rock family vibe going on. casual atmosphere with american bistro cuisine. eclectic styles of beer with friendly and knowledgeable staff.
