Hi all,
I’m looking for a headline for my renovation consultancy website (www.hotspaceconsultants.com) which has an image of a woman and then ‘flash’ wording (first line of text shows, then disappears and then second line of text appears).
Currently I am thinking of using:
‘Renovating Soon? Control your Costs and Take Charge of Your Renovation’……. ‘A Renovation Action Plan will show you what to do.’
Not very catchy is it?.. Read on….
My business helps property investors and home owners to renovate their property for the biggest profit and least cost (not always cheap – just the least possible cost for their particular property). My signature service is a ‘Renovation Action Plan’ which is a detailed ‘to do’ list of everything they need to do to their property (including colours, materials, fixtures and fittings, which areas to reno, which to leave, how much each item should cost them) for the specific purpose of adding value (not just make the property look pretty). Note: I am an Interior Designer so I do try to make it look pretty anyway! I need to address my clients biggest fears in this headline (list of fears follow below). I have tried headlines that say ‘Want to add Huge Value to your Property?… etc. but it seems people aren’t actually thinking that far ahead. Their fear of getting their renovation wrong (spending too much etc.) gets in the way of being able to imagine getting it right!
My clients’ biggest fears are 1) over-capitalising, 2) going over budget, 3) doing the wrong things to their property, 4) not making any profit from their reno, 5) choosing the wrong products/colours etc., 6) Renovation spiralling out of control (opening a can of worms is a phrase I hear often!).
The point of my Renovation Action Plan is that it ensures people avoid these issues completely.
Can you help with a shortish, two-line phrase that I could use as a headline? Each line must be no longer than 8-10 words (ideally fewer).
Thanks so much!
