What is your brand positioning, beyond “edgy”? How do you define “edgy”?

My friend and I were looking to do a business venture with pizzas and we have thought of Lots A Pizza or Lots O Pizza. We are doing away with it and just opted to open a coffee shop.

I think that with edgy, you want something that is out to keep up with the latest trend. This will probably not be that unique but you could try going with Focaccia as well if you are going to use herbs and fresh leaves to top your pizza.
