I am opening a specialty craft/import beer only bar in a medium size town. We will offer at least twelve beers on tap that will change every few days. We will also have a large selection of bottle beer. There is nothing else like this this town and I want the name to be clever and to reflect that we offer a unique product. My husband wanted to name it “The Enlightenment” but I’m thinking that’s too pretentious. Oh, we’re also consulting with the Green Restaurant Assoc. for green stars. Any ideas would be fantastic!!
