    I am looking to start up a catering business in NE Pennsylvania for parties of 50-100 people. I have a 6 foot grill and will be cooking on premise. I am looking to go with a cost effective menu ranging from $10-$20/head. I was thinking about going with a shish kebab themed menu and some names I thought of were:

    Worldwide Kebab
    Brochette

    I am looking for something that spans all ethnicities since I will be using recipes and spices from all over the world. Any help would be appreciated!
