    Am starting a legal process service company. Do not want my name as the business name. I do plan on branching out into other areas such as skip tracing and a few other areas so while I want to keep it somewhat generic also want it known that it is a business that helps the legal profession. Any ideas out there?

    Why would you, or anyone, ever want to keep a name “somewhat generic”? To do so is to say, “I don’t want this name to stand out from the competition and I don’t want it to be remembered by anybody.” There’s simply no reason for this, unless you want to languish in obscurity.

    What is your brand positioning? What is the unique tone and personality and the primary story you want your brand to convey to the world? Why do you do what you do, and how are you different from the competition?
