    Which countries are you interested in? Have you done any work in any of them already?

    If you are new to a territory, then credibility is as important as anything else. Let people know who you have done workd for and what you have done for them. Get client testimonials. Get a speaking engagement at a potential client forum at which you and a client co-present the results of what you did for them. Do any of your clients have overseas offices? Can they give you introductions? Who do potential clients currently use to do what you could do? How are you different? Work out a marcoms strategy to reach them.

    Start specific and then move out from there.

    Just some ideas….
