Well, the hardest marketing assignment is doing marketing for your own agency – or so it seems. We are brainstorming a new name for our company. We have been in business for 8 years and looking for something much more creative.
We are a medium sized creative agency – not small or not too big – just right for the client. One phone call for a client to get marketing, design, video, web, digital, social media and more. Would like a word that doesn’t need explanation or preferably tells what we do or what we do for clients. Fine with putting “Creative” after this word to tell even more of what we do.
Love the agency name: PUSH.
Short, one-word, easy to say, tell of their pushing out communications and marketing for clients. Such a cool name. Love the period at the end of it.
A name that is creative, short, not too feminine or manly, but can really be something that people say – that’s a really cool name.

Waggly Toast, thanks so much. Good start of brainstorming. Think it would be great to go in direction of more of creativity, creating, playful but strong, design, marketing. A word that invokes creativity, fun, out of the box, clever, witty, relevant creativity/design.

Our designers and creative team are passionate about telling the brand story in a variety mediums; print, web or interactive. We throw all the client input into the mix, add a dash of this and that and then we create a beautiful design concept. We know design and they know their company/product.

Susan, thanks for your ideas. This is such a fun process to brainstorm with all of you. I am hoping we could find something a bit more creative in the name that suggested a bit more cutting-edge. But not something random like Purple Pig Creative. Does that makes sense?

I guess I need a better understanding of your business. Is it Tribal marketing? See Social Media marketing definition on Wikipedia, is it close?..that is where I came up with Social Authority. Is Media a good part of your marketing?

We do advertising, graphic design, web design, marketing strategies, copywriting, video production. A bit of everything except for public relations.
