    Not sure what you mean. And you say “brand names,” above, but you added this topic in the Band Names group Forum, so I’m not sure which is correct.

    But the basic “criteria/parameters” for evaluating any brand name are meaning, usage, shared cultural history, etymology, myth, story, narrative, etc.
